Shipping policy

Your order will normally be packed and shipped within 2-3 business day. The parcel will be shipped from our warehouse in Norway and will normally arrive after 1-5 business days for Norwegian orders and 10-14 business days for International orders. 

If your package is delivered to the pick-up point, it must be picked up within 14 days. If it is not picked up within 14 days, the package will be returned. 

If you have received a shipping notification but not received your item after a long periode of time, please contact us at our email. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days 

We are not responsible for any parcels returned for unpaid customs fees and will not issue refunds under these circumstances.
